Who is the Amazing 12 Transformation Program for?
The Amazing 12 Transformation Program is designed to produce extraordinary results for everyday people, for men and women with busy lives who want personal accountability, a structured workout & nutrition program to follow, and a coach to help keep them consistent and on-track. It is the start of their new lifestyle.
Each program begins with a 'technique week' to teach you all the exercises and gauge your current level of strength and fitness. You will be coached and supported throughout all of your workouts to ensure you are doing everything safely to ensure you are effectively moving towards your goal of getting in the best shape possible within 12 weeks. Attendance is 5 x 1 hour sessions per week Monday to Friday at 7.15pm to 8.15pm – with weekends off!
The program consists of a range of exercise methods; you lift weights to get you lean and toned, and we combine this with a mixture of high intensity cardio scaled to your fitness level. This melts body fat and improves your overall fitness so your body gets healthier and stronger. Your mindset improves as part of this overall health upgrade.
Over the course of the 12 weeks you will learn a lot about exercise and what's best for your body. These skills and knowledge are priceless as you can maintain these habits for life and never have to fear walking into a gym ever again, or be unsure of what to do.

After Christmas 2015 I was stuck in a bit of a rut training wise. diet had gone out the window over the Christmas period and I wanted to do something different. A lad I work with done the Amazing 12 Programme and he had got great results, so I asked him about it. he said it was tough, ya needed to be dedicated and committed and attend the training....but, fitness and strength went through the roof. so, i thought about it and eventually rang the lads at Fullbody Workhouse Roscommon. they gave me alot of food for thought, and I ended up doing it. best decision I ever made. It was damn tough, takes a serious level of commitment and dedication, both when training and also when not training, for instance the food, ya really need to prepare days in advance. the training was unreal, mainly weights based with cardio based "finishers" at the end of each workout, one also does sprints. I have to admit that I rarely done the sprints. I was lucky to have a great training partner, Michael. both of us were more or less at the same level starting, and it was fantastic to train with another person in the same mind frame and who is putting in the same effort also. the end result for me was I got into the best shape of my life. My overall fitness went through the roof, as did my strength. for example, I used to struggle doing chin ups,,,, i ended up doing multiple reps of chins with weights added to me, for multiple sets. I ended up benching my own body-weight. the knowledge and insight one also gets from doing an intensive programme like the Amazing 12 is something that will benefit you going forward with your training also. the guidance from Craig, Cathal and Lisa was fantastic also, always on hand with advice and constantly monitoring progress and especially watching to make sure we were keeping good form while lifting in the gym. So, anyone thinking of doing the Amazing 12,,,do take too long to think about it, just do it. make no mistake, it takes dedication, commitment and planning but the results speak for themselves.

I honestly had no interest in ever joining a gym or attending a regular exercise class until my good friend informed me of the Amazing12 program. The idea of weight – lifting really appealed to me and I wanted to find out more. So after a chat with Cathal and Craig my first day ever attending a gym was to start the Amazing12.
To say I was nervous was an understatement! The weights were not the problem the food was! I knew it was going to be a major shock to the system. I loved junk food and was never a fan of fruit or vegetables. After a few days I began to forget about my diet coke and started concentrating on healthy food and nutrition. I never realised how often you should be eating or how important portion control is and I never went hungry. Whenever I had a wobble Lisa was always there with tips and recipes.
As for the weight-lifting I can honestly say I loved it and looked forward to going to the gym each day. I know I am a lot stronger, definitely fitter now and two stone lighter which is a big bonus. I am proud and also a little surprised to say I completed the Amazing12 and would do it again in a heartbeat. If I can go from chocolate fudge cake and diet coke for breakfast everyday to boiled eggs and spinach, anyone can!
