the class environment ,why its a great way to train and get in shape.

There are many benefits to this type of training, its a great way to get in shape and take your fitness to a new level .

In my job I am lucky to see and help people everyday improve and smash there own personal goals, be it lose weight, tone up, run there first 10k/marathon or breaking it down further completing a Plank for 60 seconds or a Burpee. However big or small this milestones seem to me or you ,they can be huge in a person's own journey .


If your thinking of joining a fitness class be it Circuit, Bootcamp, Aerobics, Kettlebell or what ever it may be i have come up the reasons why you should give it a try.

Almost all exercises are modified to make them easier or harder.  Thats key.  It means even if your in a class with a big bunch of people,  you can still personalise your workout to suit your needs.

You can stay challenged and keep making Progress no matter what shape your in,  no need to worry about being perfect, be yourself, challenge yourself and ultimately be healthier.

The best classes will be designed in a way to challenge everyone but still keep the group together so nobody gets left behind.



Affordable 

A lot of Gyms or Studios run classes on a "pay as you go"basis were you can get classes for as little as €8 per class.

Another very common payment system would be to book on a 4,6,8 week programme for a set fee , this means clients are committing to train over a set period and pay up front, which usually means a cheaper per class price.

Full body Exercises, constant motion, HIT (High Intensity Training) ensures you burn lots of calories, if your goal is to lose weight you can and will see results fast.

Keep in mind if your goal is weight loss you have to accompany your training with a good sensible and healthy diet.

You may have a bigger or more important reason to take care of yourself . For those living with illness like diabetes  ect, living  a healthy and active lifestyle is a absolute necessity .


Motivational 

Working out in a group provides built in motivation as most if not everyone will push themselves a little harder in that setting .

I think this type of workout provides a sense of accountability .  People are less likely to miss a workout if the they think their absence will be noticed by there peers.

Motivation is hugely important, as exercise is not easy nor designed to be, "Mother nature does not lie" you and only you can do the work.


Educational 

Learning new exercises and workouts that you can take and do almost anywhere is extremely valuable, plus most if not all instructors can add additional info on  diet and nutrition, stretching, rest and general wellness.

These style of classes are a great way to lose weight as you are a getting a full body strength and cardio workout in each 45 min  to one-hour session.

All workouts are designed and tailored to improve strength and endurance while burning calories.
